We provide recurring commercial and janitorial cleaning for business facilities, plus periodic and project work such as post-construction cleaning. The scope depends on the building — an office, a warehouse, a medical suite, and a restaurant dining room each need a different plan, and we build one for each. The scope is written down. Every task, the area it applies to, and how often it happens, in a document your facility manager can check. Not “clean the building” — a specific, auditable list.

We are local. We are based on New Jersey Railroad Ave, in Newark’s industrial corridor. When something needs attention, you are calling a company in this city, not a national dispatch line.

What We Don’t Do

We tell customers where our work ends, on the page, so nobody finds out mid-contract. In restaurants we clean the front of house, not the kitchen line, hood, or grease traps. In industrial facilities we clean the building — floors, offices, and support areas — not the inside of production machinery. We clean medical offices on a written scope, but we do not carry formal infection-control certification. When a job needs a specialist we are not, we say so.

Where We Are and Why It Matters

We are on New Jersey Railroad Ave, in the industrial corridor south of downtown Newark. Being in the city is not a marketing line for us; it changes how the work gets scheduled. Do you clean residential homes?

No. We work with commercial buildings only. The closest we come to residential is apartment and condo buildings, where we clean the common areas — lobbies, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms and mailrooms — for property managers and owners. We do not clean inside individual units and we do not take house-cleaning work.

Yes, and for most of our clients that is the point. Offices get evening service after the last person leaves, restaurants get cleaned before opening or after close, and warehouses get scheduled around shift changes. Your hours set the clock.
